- We provide a 7-day refund window from the original payment date.
- Requests submitted within this period are reviewed under this policy and applicable law.
3. How to request a refund

- Include purchase date, subscription plan, and checkout email for faster verification.
4. Cancellations and renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- If you cancel, access remains active until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.
5. Processing and timeline
- After receiving your request, we confirm receipt and review subscription/payment status.
- Approved refunds are processed via the payment provider and may take additional time to appear depending on bank/card rules.
